30-Days Service Policy
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of purchase, Genius Audio will, at our discretion, repair or replace it. Should we opt for a replacement, we may provide a new or refurbished unit of the same or similar model. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facilities, and Genius Audio will cover the cost of returning the product.
If the issue is due to misuse or the warranty has expired, Genius Audio will perform the repair, and the customer will be responsible for labor and parts costs. Additionally, the customer must cover both the shipping cost to send the product to Genius Audio and the return shipping cost after the repair is complete.
When sending the product to Genius Audio, please ensure it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We do not accept returns for products purchased in error or in cases of buyer’s remorse. Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before proceeding.
All products sent to our facilities will be thoroughly inspected by our qualified technical staff to verify the condition of the product and confirm it meets the warranty terms. If our technical department determines that the product is out of warranty, the customer will be notified and can decide whether to pay for the repair or have the product returned unrepaired.
The product must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice, its packaging, user manuals in perfect condition, and all accessories. Security stickers must be intact, without alterations or tears. If the purchase invoice shows signs of alteration or fraudulent modification, the product warranty will be voided.
1 Year Free Labor & Parts Limited Warranty
Genius Audio provides a 1-year limited warranty on free parts and labor, starting from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser (consumer) and is non-transferable. (The original invoice and valid ID are required to claim any Genius Audio warranty). If we decide to replace your product, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished unit of the same or a similar design.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid only if the product was purchased from an authorized GENIUS AUDIO dealer or from our website, and if it is used for its intended purpose.
Amplifier Warranty
Amplifiers sold by authorized dealers or Genius Audio USA are covered by a limited warranty, offering free labor and parts for 1 year from the date of purchase. Genius Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Speaker Warranty
All Genius Audio subwoofers and speakers sold by authorized dealers or Genius Audio USA are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for factory defects, with free labor and parts from the date of purchase.
Genius Audio is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of this product, including, but not limited to, personal injury, hearing damage (both public and private), or property damage.
General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Restocking Policy
To process a warranty claim, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA, email sales@ganiusaudiousa.com, providing the reasons for the return along with all required documentation. Our technical support team will respond within 72 hours with your RMA number. We will not accept products shipped to our facilities without this document.
Returns for discontinued or outdated models (including discontinued packaging) will not be accepted. All returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
